Job Description :
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage their retailer relationships and ensure smooth order processing.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Take and process orders from retailers
- Input and update client details on a daily basis
- Confirm shipments and provide tracking information to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist the AR accountant with related tasks
- Conduct credit checks when necessary
- Produce weekly reports on orders
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Job Details :
- Location : Secaucus, NJ
- Job Type : Full-time, On-site
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Salary Range : $55,000 - $60,000 per year benefits
