We are currently seeking a handful of Data Entry Analyst to join a reputable financial services firm in Newark - hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile information from internal documentation and create spreadsheet to track important customer data
- Transfer data from hard copy to electronic copy (both manually and automated)
- Resolve any discrepancies/error by verifying data with client
- Sort and organize hard copies
- Locate, retrieve, and destroy aged records and store documents according to bank policy
Your Skills & Experience:
- 1 years of data entry, records management, or related work experience
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Great organization skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize urgent matters accordingly
