Phaxis LLC is Hiring a Grant Accountant Near Manhattan, NY
We are looking for a Grant Accountant to join a well-established non-profit on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The role is onsite in their new facility.
Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the CFO.
- Create weekly billing and prepare government claims.
- Manage claims and generate reports for government and funding sources.
- Handle journal entries, general ledger, and assist with financial reports and audits.
- Ensure timely completion of reconciliations and support fiscal operations.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or A.A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
