We are excited to add a seasoned Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team!

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you'll provide your expertise in all things healthcare staffing for our clients in Nursing, Allied, Therapy, and more! Through conducting phone interviews, managing interview processes, and negotiating offers, you’ll help connect highly talented individuals to growing organizations.

  • Establish new candidate relationships over the phone virtually
  • Identify and pipeline new healthcare candidates, manage information, and follow up on a CRM
  • Screen candidates over the phone and send qualified talent to companies
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation

Qualifications
