What You'll DoThe Product Manager responsible for the strategy and successful ownership of Digital Experience: the website, lead form wizard, and loan portal. Success in this role is measured against the product's KPIs, a well vetted roadmap, and the team's backlog of artifacts to deliver. The Product Manager will ensure building products and enhancements with the customer experience in mind. This role has daily collaboration with the engineering team, weekly updates with stakeholders, researching, running tests, documenting findings, measuring, and creating artifacts such as user story maps, UX flows, user stories, etc. The role's day-to-day duties include (but are not limited to):
Create artifacts (PRDs, Epics, User Stories) of the upcoming work
Run and document tests of usability, value, business risks, and ensure technical feasibility is documented.
Create mockups and user flows to test usability and value of ideas.
Consult with actual users and review "game film” of people using the product to gain insights and feedback
Meet with stakeholders to review the current roadmap, gather feedback, and gather ideas.
Vet ideas from stakeholders to estimate the impact and understand the requirements.
Competitive analysis and reviewing industry trends.
What You'll Need
5 years of experience owning and managing the digital experience while being judged against KPIs for pull through, conversion, and abandonment rates.
Strong technical proficiency in using tracking pixel and digital A/B testing.
3 years of experience working closely with internal software development teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and make product suggestions to stakeholders on a frequent basis.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment, preferably in the financial industry.
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, WordPress, Content Management System, and/or Tag Management (preferred)
Experience working with digital property. (preferred)
