Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Analyst. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Duties:
-Conduct thorough financial analysis and underwriting for potential real estate acquisitions including commercial, residential and mixed-use properties.
-Develop and maintain financial models for cash flow projections, ROI, IRR and NPV analyses, cash on cash returns, leverage cash flows and waterfalls.
-Perform market research, due diligence and analyze trends to inform investment decisions.

-Focus on New York, but national market research may be required.
-Collaborate with executives, including principals to evaluate property and portfolio opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field

-5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis required
-Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in Excel
-Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with real estate underwriting and valuation methods
-Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
