Our Senior Recruitment Managers play a vital role in leading teams by demonstrating success as a player and coach. In your first few months, you'll apply your industry knowledge and experience to generate business opportunities, place candidates and offer mentorship to those around you, while transitioning into a team leadership role.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you’ll be building a strategic business development plan with leadership to drive revenue growth all while guiding and encouraging a team of early talent associates on best practices. Additionally, you'll be working closely with other vertical leads driving cross-sells of all Phaxis offerings.
