Phaxis, a leading travel healthcare staffing company, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in the charming town of West Branch, MI. This role involves working a 5x8's schedule (five 8-hour shifts per week) in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to established protocols and safety standards
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- **Independence:** Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
- **Licensing:** Must be licensed to practice in the state of Michigan
