PHD Weight Loss operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which is a system of establishing clarity around a vision and plan while managing expectations and upholding accountability around the execution. PHD Weight Loss is excited to be seeking an experienced EOS Executive Integrator, who’s responsibility will be to execute the company’s plan and achieve our common vision. This will be achieved through the leadership and management of their leadership team.

The entire leadership team will report to the Executive Integrator, whereby this key position will then report to the company’s Visionary, which is currently the owner. It is expected that this position works closely with their leadership team on removing obstacles, lending to successful execution of the company plan. Additionally, it is expected that this position works closely with the Visionary on communicating issues pertaining to the execution of the company plan, while also leading the modification of the company plan to incorporate the direction of the Visionary.

The EOS Executive Integrator will act as the glue that holds our vibrant, fast-paced team together! They will be accountable to the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the business and in doing so will be responsible for the harmony of all major business functions of the company. This position requires strong leadership skills.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a coach and mentor to department leaders
• Facilitate regular EOS meetings, including Level 10 Meetings, and oversee Departmental Planning.
• Ensure that EOS processes and tools are being consistently applied across all departments and teams
• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the alignment of all departmental planning against the vision of the organization
• Identify and implement continuous business improvement in serving our customer.
• Oversee the mastery and usage of the EOS framework and disciplines throughout the organization.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with Visionary
• Oversee Operations, HR, Quality Control and partner with Visionary in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
• Accountable to the P&L; manage revenue and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability
• Analyze activity within the company’s industry to oversee the development of the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs
• Provide financial support to the leadership team
• Implement and maintain processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
• Participate in expansion activities
• Manage the implementation, success and effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Oversee the management of all vendor and partner relationships
• Serve as point of contact and maintain all insurance policies, tax requirements, and government agency responsibilities
• Accountable for P&L results and responsible for overseeing all financial processes, procedures, and requirements

What you’ll Bring:

• Proven success as an EOS Integrator or similar role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops
• Results-oriented, with a strong track record of successfully growing companies in both impact and profitability
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
