About the Role:
The Director of Care Management provides support to the care management team across the health system. The Director will participate in strategic initiatives set forth by the organization, leading all care management activities, ensuring patient care coordination and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. In conjunction with the CFO and other Executive Leaders the Director will inform and execute the strategic direction that aligns with the long term vision and goals of Phelps Health. The Director will be responsible to develop, implement and monitor all day-to-day operations and leadership of employees in the Care Management department.
