Good Luck Pizza Co. is a new Italian restaurant from Safran Turney Hospitality (owners of Barbuzzo, Little Nonna's Bud & Marily's). We are looking for an AM Sous Chef to join our team! This position will be in charge of mixing, fermenting, scaling and par baking our high hydration/long fermentation dough. You will oversee prep team and dishwasher. You will also be doing sauces, grinding meatballs, braises and other projects with your team.

We need someone excited about working with dough! They will work closely during training with our Chef until they feel comfortable leading the am team. We can train you, but you need to be a natural leader and a person who strives to maintain a positive kitchen culture for you and your team.
