Your role:
Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $113,190 to $145,530, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Job DescriptionIT Infrastructure Project Manager Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments. (Melville, NY)In this role you will be able to oversee all areas of IT Infrastructure, covering amongst others Security; Network; Identity and Access Management; Personal IT (laptop/desktop systems); Server infrastructure and (Mobile) telephony.
Your role:
- Leading IT infrastructure projects and delivering outcomes beyond customer expectations.
- Responsible for managing the full scope of IT infrastructure integration or disentanglement of acquired or divested companies.
- Focusing on collaboration, communication and working with the users of an acquisition or divestment to deliver optimal user experience and support to ensure business processes can continue in a smooth way.
- You will be part of the IT Infrastructure team for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments, a team consisting of project managers and specialists. You will collaborate with multiple departments in Philips IT and Philips businesses as well as guide (external) partners to achieve desired program goals.
- You will get the opportunity to deal with teams in various regions, with different cultures and habits.
- You will be able to work in a flexible, hybrid way, optimizing your work life to the projects you are working on.
- You have 5 years of experience in project management in multiple areas of IT Infrastructure in an international environment.
- You can communicate clearly (oral, written, and remote) to remote audiences, and are political sensitive and savvy.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering or comparable certifications. A master’s degree in computer sciences or comparable discipline (MBA degree) is a plus.
- You have experience in dealing with resistance while ensuring progress.
- You have experience in IT integration for mergers and acquisitions.
