New Product Introduction Pilot Coordinator

Job Description

Manage a team of Pilot Workers, a Pilot Unit or a pilot process and take responsibility for the quality of the products produced, the production yield and the timeliness of the deliveries.

Your role :

Manage pilot line(s) inventory, training, metric reporting, and staff to support development projects

Provide feedback on the manufacturability of the design

Oversee implementation of new processes

Support project transfers from pilot to production

You're the right fit if :

You’ve acquired 3 years of experience in a manufacturing within a regulated field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Your skills include ability to work cross functionally with multiple project teams, previous experience supervising a production or pilot line

You have a Bachelor’s degree

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You’re are self-motivated and enjoy the challenge of running a line while the product is still in development

Additional Information

Company relocation benefits be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.
