Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and industrial painting, along with knowledge of construction estimating and various construction materials.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Perform basic math calculations to estimate materials needed for projects
- Repair drywall, work with masonry and stucco as required
- Renovate and refurbish surfaces as needed
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess some or all of the following skills:
- Experience in residential painting
- Proficiency in drywall repair
- Welding skills
- Familiarity with masonry and stucco work
- Experience in industrial painting
