SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for ECO processing and the maintenance and publication of Engineering process documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Primary reviewer of engineering change requests, change orders and change notices
• Owner of ECM process documentation and training
• Controlled Engineering process document maintenance and communication
• Manages and reports on ECM metrics
• Leads the development of improvements to document and data control methods and facilitates their implementation
• Backup to the Engineering Change Administrator (Windchill PDM/ECM)
• Backup to Master Data Specialist for SAP data entry as part of ECM process
• Other related duties as assigned
• IMDS Submissions as needed

Experience

• In-depth understanding of material master data; bill of materials and routing and how they influence one another; training and documentation experience.
• 1 year(s): MRP/ERP experience, SAP preferred
• 2 year(s): Document Control experience

• 5 year(s): Experience with Windchill Change Management

Education

• Bachelors or better
• Associates or better in Engineering or related field
