Philly Injury Lawyer is Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal Near Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

- Organize, maintain, and assist with management of case files and documents;

- Assist in legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents;

- Perform legal administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and serving legal documents

- Handle Substantial e-filing, calendar management, and procedural matters;

- Draft correspondence and ommunicate effectively with clients, experts, and defense counsel;

- Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary.

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously;

- Proficiency in legal drafting and familiarity with various legal documents;

- Detail-oriented and organized;

- Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense) preferred;

- 2 years of paralegal experience;

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
