Phipps Label Company is seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator for its Sinking Spring, PA facility .

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe work environment to company standards/regulations
- Full operation of a digital printing press and offline die cutting press.
- Perform routine daily/monthly maintenance
- Assist in the ordering of needed supplies and parts.
- Accurately monitor the performance of equipment, color calibrations, and assist in operational improvements of the digital production processes.
- Accurately perform color corrections/matching against proofs to meet customer standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
- Accurately document and report daily metrics within company systems.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
- Works in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs.
- Exposure to and experience with OSHA Standards, and Plant Safety Programs.
- Requirements
- Previous experience operating a digital printing press
- Flexo Experience a plus
- Previous experience with Adobe Illustrator
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Clean Drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
