Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes for products with shipping and apply appropriate global pricing structure
• You will be a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• Prepare IMOs, BOLs, labels, and additional documents for shipping domestic and international
• Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for shipping and related services
• Monitor shipping traffic and address problems with order flow or shipping delays 
• Perform follow-up via email, phone, or in-store with customers to ensure proper delivery of products and obtain a review/feedback
• Netsuite to track and manage inventory transactions
• Ensuring accurate inventory levels, implementing efficient inventory management systems, and optimizing inventory turnover
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Implement process improvements to optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs
• Present customizations, configurations, and enhancements to integrate into NetSuite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• (5) Five or more years of industry experience with NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
• 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing accounting, product costing, or related experience coupled with technical aptitude to support associated
• Experience with demand planning and forecasting methodologies
• Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Office Suite
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be detailed-oriented
