Job Description:

The Front of the House Associate role encompasses the Dining Area, Beverage (Boba preparation) Station, and Take-Out Service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for calculating totals and giving change
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
