Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Executive/Senior PM. The Project Executive/Senior PM will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. They will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. The Project Executive/Senior PM will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven background in construction projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• 8 years construction background.
• Bachelor's degree in construction/project management or related field
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• 5 years managerial experience. LEED certification preferred.
• Computer skills, Microsoft products, and bidding/billing. Sage and Procore helpful.
• Project estimating and budgeting experience.
• Basic financial statement understanding.
