Must be friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills. Expected to provide
exceptional food and beverage service to all members and guests. Attentive to members and guests,
as this is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction and satisfaction.
Expected to act as a role model by exemplifying outstanding customer service and professionalism
expected of all PCC staff.

Requirements:
✓ Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.
✓ Possess high standard of cleanliness and knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
✓ Effectively communicate in English, an eye for detail, and the ability to
multi-task.
✓ Must be in full uniform before you clock in and start work.
✓ Great customer service skills.
✓ Provides professional image at all times through appearance, demeanor, and dress.
✓ Possess current Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.
