Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop engaging and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide technical support to team members and clients regarding website issues and IT solution related inquiries.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Optimize productivity and efficiency through the implementation and management of various software tools and systems.
- Train team members on software usage and best practices Monitor website analytics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web development and IT end-user solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
Physical Demands
- The individual in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
- This role requires the ability to interact with others through written and verbal communication.

- Salary; exempt
- Must reside on the East Coast, USA
- Availability to work and attend meetings during standard East Coast business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm)
- $70,000 annually, commiserate with experience.
Required Education And Experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Three years of proven experience in website design and development.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
- Experience with software administration and optimization, particularly Google Workspace, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms like Keap/Infusionsoft and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
