SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The People Business Partner (PBP) works in a variety of roles associated with providing employee services. The PBP must be creative, personally motivated, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The PBP must possess a strong strategic focus to provide timely implementation of operational deliverables. This position serves as a Human Resources (HR) point of contact for administrative actions on a daily basis for employees in all Phoenix locations. The PBP must deliver quality employee services and monitor employee ‘customer’ satisfaction. The PBP will also utilize their strong administrative skills to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. The PBP must build and maintain effective working relationships with business unit leaders, management, peers, and all employees. This position is on-site and located in Bayou Vista, LA; Largo, MD; or Chesapeake, VA, and reports to the HR Manager.
