Our Driver Recruiting and Retention team is hiring for Driver Recruiters. Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of prior experience in CDL driver recruiting in transportation and/or logistics (trucking), preferably intermodal transportation.
Incumbents will work as part of a larger recruitment and retention team, on-site at our corporate office in San Antonio, Texas. This is not a remote position and does require on-site availability, Monday thru Friday.
The Driver Recruiter is responsible for outreach to potential leased-on CDL driver contractors when alerted by the automated tracking system that there is an interested applicant. They will engage in dialogue with the potential driver contractors about the benefits of contracting with one of the managed motor carriers, answer questions, and promote the driving opportunities that exist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish are required.
