Phoenix property management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Providence, RI

Providence/Central-Northern Rhode Island:

As a Property Manager you will:

  • Perform a variety of professional property management functions including supervision of on-site personnel and continuous operation of full, clean and safe apartment complexes.
  • Operate within the guidelines of HUD regulations as well as operating consistently with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the formulation and management of operating budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of rent increase submissions.
  • Market and rent apartments by taking the steps required to achieve full occupancy of apartments consistent within the constraints of the budget.
  • Enforce resident compliance to lease provisions and coordinate with finance department and legal counsel if necessary.

Minimum Qualifications for a Property Manager include:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, real estate or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) years of professional property management experience.
  • A solid understanding of the principles, practices, and methods of management, property management/administration, financial administration, and budget preparation.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and City guidelines and the ability to keep abreast of all HUD regulations regarding subsidy programs as well as any other pertinent rules or regulations.
  • Proven supervisory, organizational and communication skills.
  • Being a self-starter with initiative and ability to follow through on assignments.

The physical requirements for a Property Manager include:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • The ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to access and navigate the site office, common areas, and apartment units as necessary.
