We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
Primary tasks will include:
- Painting
- Patching drywall
- Light plumbing repairs
- Replacing bulbs and ballasts
- Minor carpentry
- Door hardware repairs
- Other duties as needed
Qualified candidates will have prior experience in facilities maintenance, the ability to work independently, and a valid drivers license.
