Busy, Successful Firm in Orange is seeking full-time Assistant/Case Manager to join our team.
This position offers a friendly and casual work environment. The ideal candidate must have strong follow-through skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, team-minded, self-starter with great verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications: Candidates must work under pressure and be a DEADLINE oriented person.
* Strong organization skills.
* Knowledge of legal documents.
* Strong grammar skills for proof reading, document revision.
* Knowledge of calendar deadlines.
* Personable and professional demeanor with team-oriented attitude.
* Excellent typing skills.
* Computer savvy with Microsoft product knowledge (Excel/Word a must) and able to quickly learn new programs.
Excel use: Sorting/filtering, use equations, combining spreadsheets, formatting.
Word use: Mail Merge, "Review" Tab knowledge, formatting documents (margins/fonts),
inserting tables, working with templates.
* Strong communication skills, verbal & written to converse with attorneys, staff and clients.
* Strong attention to detail. (Cannot be stressed enough)
* Must be highly motivated; be able to follow directives, multi-task and work independently.
* Strong work ethic; must be reliable and punctual.
* Bilingual is beneficial but not required.
