Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to internal staff and collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives. This role is crucial in Mobile Device Management. This is a fully cloud-based environment, so practical knowledge and experience in administering cloud-based systems like Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online is essential.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience providing support in a fast-paced environment. This position requires daily availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in-office. Occasional after-hours work may be required to support a dispersed remote workforce. Additionally, you will support projects and initiatives that may require work outside traditional hours.
Your role:
- Provide technical support to staff and vendors.
- Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Onboard and offboard user accounts in various systems.
- Assist end-users with hardware functionality and software issues.
- Resolve helpdesk requests promptly.
- Allocate, deploy, and maintain hardware asset inventory, including computer equipment and mobile devices.
- Update computer software, hardware, and systems.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and IT support trends.
What you've got:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in various IT support roles.
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Experience managing Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Ability to monitor and track asset inventory across the enterprise.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with various operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
