Role Description

This is a remote (Unpaid) internship role for a 3D Environment Artist. As an intern, you will be responsible for creating assets and help design environments using Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine, implementing realistic lighting, and texturing. You will collaborate with the game development team to bring immersive worlds to life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, or any similar 3D modeling software including experience in UVing and texturing.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques in Unreal Engine to create realistic environments
• Understanding of game development principles and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
• Passion for storytelling and creating immersive experiences
• Experience with modeling and UVing for Environments 
• Pursuing a degree in Animation, Game Design, or a related field is preferred
• Other skills include being self sufficient, excellent time management, good workflow, and making clean geometry.
