We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Level 1 Engineer within the Engineering Department. This role is responsible for electrical, plumbing, and daily facility needs and building maintenance.
What Will You Do:

• Ability to handle intermediate plumbing, carpentry, and electrical issues.
• Monitoring and maintaining the building.
• Entering preventative maintenance tasks into maintenance program.
• Ability to work games and events, including evening hours.

What We Need from Our Level 1 Engineer:

• Ability to follow preventative maintenance schedule.
• Basic computer and phone application skills.
• Problem solving and comfortable handling ambiguity.
• Basic knowledge of multiple trades.

Experience/ Education Requirements :

• Certification and/or degree in trades (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Multi-faceted handyman experience (preferred).

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet business needs.

• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
• S-Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Position is predominately computer-based, requiring the use of a computer monitor.
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
