Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange email, storage, and email archiving solution.
• Maintaining company s hosted phone system.
• Create & maintain detailed network documentation.
• Setup and manage Windows servers and virtual server performance, file server capacity and licensing.
• Problem Management: Ensure the enterprise production organization provides effective technology support and problem management services. This function includes development of proactive processes for problem detection, reporting, tracking, and measurement.
• Performance Management & Monitoring: Monitor network, security and capacity with relevant network and monitoring technologies maintaining stable operations and address concerns and issues before they happen.
• Systems Availability Management: Develop and manage processes designed to meet or exceed services levels for application availability.
• Maintenance & Configuration Management: Ensure effective processes are in place to continuously refresh infrastructure, maintain proper release levels, and proactively apply security patches.
• Other duties as required

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Microsoft Window Server 2019 / 2022 and VMware
• Pure SAN s
• AWS and Microsoft 365 Administration
• Should be able to demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A team player able to work in a dynamic environment with attention to high quality results.

Experience:

• 6 - 8 years experience in information technology with at least 2 - 3 years in a regulated industry requiring adherence to strict change control
• Must have hands on technical experience in supporting Active Directory, Windows Servers, Exchange & Cisco Network Switches
