We are seeking an energetic Project Coordinator (Contractor) to join our dynamic PTI Services team. As a Coordinator, you will support the field team(s) with all administrative support on various telecom services projects i.e., real estate, site acquisition and development, construction, permitting and land use planning. You will have an opportunity to interact with project team members, supervisors, project managers, corporate staff with real estate, site acquisition and development, and land use planning aspects such as updating contracts, generating and updating reports, processing invoices, review licenses and permits for accuracy and completion.

What We're Looking For:

• High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in the telecommunications, real estate, or technology industry.

• Knowledge and experience of real estate principles, rules, regulations, and contracts pertaining to the acquisition of rights-of-way, licenses, permits and other land rights preferred.

• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 platform preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proofreading skills required.
• Must be customer-service centric and focused on delivering quality results.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to be flexible while participating and working in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s insurance carrier’s criteria for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
• Flexible to travel as required.
• Perform any other duties required and as assigned.
