Photo USA is one of the leading worldwide suppliers of dye-sublimation blanks, equipment, supplies, and services. Through our US Headquarters in Fremont, CA, we supply our acclaimed Orca Coatings® sublimation blanks and fully decorated goods throughout North America.

We are looking for a skilled On-Site DTF Printer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation , technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of DTF printing equipment. Your expertise will ensure our DTF printers operate efficiently and maintain high-quality standards at our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Install and set up DTF printing equipment according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal printer performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with DTF printers and related equipment.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning parts and components as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Train operators and production staff on the proper use and maintenance of DTF printers.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DTF Printer Technician or similar role in digital printing technology.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating DTF printers and related software.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Certification or training in DTF printing technology is a plus.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
