What we are looking for:
Role :- IT Admin/System Engineer
Location:- Chandler, AZ
POSITION SUMMARY
- Looking for a Program Manager to join the team.
- Primary Responsibility is to manage multiple programs
- The Role will include following the Enterprise Change Management procedures, produce monthly reports and metrics and manage program health, including monthly program reviews.
- Serves as secondary contact to the Portfolio Delivery Manager for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to delivery leads.
- Partners with the Business Portfolio Lead to develop and maintain Tangible Business Outcomes, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the primary objective of the program.
- Plans, organizes, monitors and controls programs using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective program deliverables.
- Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicates with managers, peers and Business Portfolio Lead on deliverables and support needed.
- Responsible for ensuring Program budget.
- Strong program management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS
10 years of Program Management experience; strong collaboration and communication skills; experience with managing large Budget/Expenses; Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
DESIRED SKILLS
