What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Typist position at Physical Sciences Inc.?
Physical Sciences Inc., a 100% employee-owned company located in Andover, MA, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, detail oriented, and well-organized Technical Typist with strong time management skills. Responsibilities include interacting with the technical and contracts staff in preparing and submitting a variety of documents according to specific customer specifications and reviewing proposal solicitations (government and commercial) to create templates. Must be capable of interpreting detailed document preparation instructions and navigating document submission websites to access procedures for upload. Past experience preparing documents for submission to U.S. government agencies preferred but not required.
At least three (3) years of experience with MS Word is required, as well as familiarity with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
US Citizenship is required.
