Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Gotham Health, Vanderbilt. As the largest FQHC in the United States, the Gotham Health Community-Based Practices serve diverse families and individuals throughout New York City. Gotham Health provides care to individuals from varying racial/ethnic, cultural & socioeconomic backgrounds. New Yorkers can access quality care regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.
- Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
- Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
- Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
