**Hourly Wage Range:**
$16.80 to $18/ hour, plus 2% commission on all personal sales.

**Responsibilities:**
**Physician Eyecare Group Clinical Duties:**

• Provide Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Digital Refraction, and Contact Lens care following PEG clinical standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervising PEG physician for guidance on patient care.
• Enhance the patient's clinical experience and ensure proper clinical care standards.
• Support clinical care by maintaining required criteria and learning computer-based tools.
• Perform contact lens insertion and removal and order clinical supplies as needed.

**Operational Duties:**

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and assist in achieving store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify their needs, provide information on products and services, and assist in sales.
• Schedule appointments, resolve patient complaints, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Maintain patient records securely, execute customer repairs, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Monitor and comply with delivery time commitments to patients and assist in lab area tasks.

**Key Qualifications:**

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Promote high work standards and empower team members.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365.
• Optical experience is a plus.
