We are seeking a Medical Assistant (certified) to fill one full time position open in our walk in clinic. We need an individual who is a fast learner and can keep up with a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take vitals, BP, and triage patients.
- Perform all intake update records in our EMR system (Athena)
- Keep examination rooms clean and ready for patients
- Perform blood drawls and perform any test ordered by providers.
- Perform Drug screen and Breath alcohol when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the medical field.
- Strong sense of Compassion, and caring for others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player, but can work alone if needed.
- Manages time responsibly
- Reliable
- Able to handle stress with ease.
