Physicians Postgraduate Press, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized project manager to oversee print, digital, and video projects for our mental health medical journal and website. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully bringing projects from start to finish. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and execute the development of all projects, ensuring that timelines and delivery goals are achieved. This includes maintaining a transparent and collaborative environment using project management software accessible to all team members and stakeholders.

Print, Digital, and Video Project Coordination:

• Coordinate logistics and execution with team members and stakeholders (i.e. medical writers, videographers, transcriptionists, scientific directors, faculty members, and others) to ensure print, digital, and video projects are developed on time.
• Continuously assess and update timelines to ensure timely delivery, maintaining transparency with all stakeholders
• Learn project management software, Wrike

Faculty (doctors and academic researchers) Coordination:

• Invite faculty members to various projects
• Coordinate with faculty scheduling and contracting
• Extend invitations and ensure all necessary permissions are obtained for faculty involvement.

Live Meetings and Event Coordination:

• Coordinate logistics including table needs, material printing, shipping, and space coordination with associations.

Advertisement Routing:

• Direct print, website, and eNewsletter advertisement routing by working closely with internal teams, advertising agencies, and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy in all ad placements.

Media Agency Support

• Work with salesperson to ensure media agency requests are met (i.e. coordinating advertising approval during the quality assurance process, contract management, target list match management, and other special requests)

Metrics Reporting:

• Update once-monthly metric reports for media agency and pharmaceutical partners.

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 2-5 years of project management experience preferred
• Proficiency in WORD, PPT, Excel, and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with faculty members effectively.
• Proven track record of thriving in dynamic work settings and adjusting strategies as needed
• Positive attitude and ability to professionally drive forward progress
• Experience in resolving complex challenges independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Willing to travel 2-3 times a year for meetings or events.
