Physicians Regional Healthcare System is Hiring a Pharmacist FT Night Near Flowood, MS
- As part of the provision of pharmaceutical care, the Pharmacist provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals consistent with ethical, legal, regulatory and professional (Pharmacy Practice) requirements.
- Reporting to the Director, the Pharmacist is responsible for the functions of Pharmacy Practice including patient profile and MAR Management, consultation and/or verification with prescribing physicians, distributive functions, accurate dispensing documentation, and supervision of the Pharmacy Technician functions
- Full-time 7 on 7 off, 9pm to 7am
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy D is required.
- Hospital experience is a must- including experience with mixing IV's.
- Five (5) years of hospital experience preferred.
- Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Mississippi or eligibility for licensure via examination or reciprocity is required.
