PhysMED is currently hiring for entry to mid level Medical Assistant applicants within our Physical Rehabilitative healthcare centers along the Florida Gulf coast! Primary locations for this position include: Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice and St. Petersburg. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to different clinic locations (Tues, Wed, Thur) depending on the schedule each week.
Preferable if candidate resides in Port Charlotte, Sarasota or Bradenton region.

Position Description/Qualifications:
- Outpatient Procedural Care as assistant to our Medical Physiatrist
- MA Certification desired but not mandatory with similar experience
- Provide excellent bedside manner to patients to help create a positive and caring patient experience
- Chart prep and transcription of notes for the doctor
- Attention to detail, computer and organizational skills, teamwork and willingness to learn highly valued
