Who We Are : PhysMED is a physical and medical rehabilitation organization with multiple locations along the Gulf Coast. We are looking for well-spoken, personable, dynamic, organized and detail oriented individuals to add to the success of our team! In order to be successful in this role, candidates will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is a must. Salary starting at $70,000 plus potential to bonus but negotiable based on experience Objectives of this role:
Represent the company's services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Generating referrals from legal accounts
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports using Salesforce CRM
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and campaigns
Understanding and promoting company services and programs.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.
Maintaining and reviewing account records
Driving/Spending time out in the field connecting with accounts and attending events
Sales Representative Requirements:
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with current and potential referral sources.
Experience using computers and CRM software for a variety of tasks.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionals
