Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a large portfolio of work within the credit sector.

Apply analytical thinking and mathematical skills to develop new strategies and solutions for credit and collections processes.

Oversee and direct the activities of a small team, ensuring efficient operations and high performance.

Implement and monitor loss mitigation strategies to minimize financial losses.

Conduct in-depth analysis of credit data and trends to support decision-making and policy development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of credit and collections strategies.

Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in consumer credit, with a deep understanding of credit risk management and assessment.

Demonstrated experience in collections or loss mitigation, with a track record of implementing successful strategies.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

Experience managing a small team, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
