Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking an Email Surveillance Analyst in their New York, NY location:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance and misuse of confidential information
• Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues
• Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-4 years experience either in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretion

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry
• Prior experience with email surveillance
• Prior paralegal or document review experience
• Graduate degree (e.g. JD) a plus
