International Investment Bank seeks a Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting for their New York office.

This is a hybrid role 3 days per week in downtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and lead a financial and regulatory reporting team of five.
• Supervision of monthly head office group financial reporting for the Branches under GAAP and IFRS.
• Supervision of local regulatory reporting to US regulators. (i.e. FFIEC 002/019, daily and weekly Fed reports, TIC reports, and QPR reports, etc.)
• Supervision of management reporting (i.e. regional performance reporting by business segments and client - daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Coordination of internal and external audit requests
• Management and coordination of regional multi-year budget planning
• Development and maintenance of work procedures and processes
• Supervise and guide staff; evaluate staff performance and address employee issues; participate in staff hiring, disciplinary activities and employment related decision

Qualified candidates should have 10 years of leadership experience in financial and regulatory reporting in a banking environment.

Salary 150-165k base DOE plus competitive bonus and excellent benefits
