Our client a well known Investment Bank is seeking a Marketing consultant in their New York, New York!
The Credit Card Marketing Analyst will lead the development and execution of comprehensive credit card marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing market trend analysis, managing a team of marketing analysts, and coordinating with various stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives, track campaign effectiveness, and identify potential challenges in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive credit card marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing goals and objectives.
Market Analysis:
- Oversee the analysis of market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Alignment and Reporting:
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and address potential challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years (Senior Analyst) or 4-5 years (VP Level) of experience in credit card marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
