Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst in their Jersey City, NJ location.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Reconciliations Team. This team is the last line of defense, responsible for monitoring cash, clearance, suspense, and general ledger accounts for Operations. Additionally, the team handles Front to Back Reconciliations to ensure timely reconciliation, analysis, and resolution of breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Monitoring: Oversee cash, clearance, suspense, and general ledger accounts for Operations.
• Reconciliation: Perform Front to Back Reconciliations, ensuring timely reconciliation, analysis, and resolution of breaks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Settlement Operations, the Middle Office, Management, Finance, and both Internal and External Audit Teams.
• Securities Box Count: Conduct the 17a-13 Securities Box Count.
• Automation Projects: Assist in projects related to the automation of the Reconciliation process.
• Metrics Production: Produce both standard and ad-hoc metrics to a high standard.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in reconciliation, analysis, and resolution of breaks.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
