Job Overview: The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong visual design skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Work with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interface design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
