Piaget is Hiring a Head of Marketing & Sales Northern Europe and Nordics (m/f/d) Near Munich, ND
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Within the Europe Team, the Head of Marketing & Sales develops PIAGET as a key actor of Jewellery & Watchmaking in the luxury industry in Richemont Northern Europe & the Nordics. He/she is responsible for Marketing and Sales activities on the region ensuring that qualitative and quantitative Sales targets are achieved by maintaining intensive relations with key partners and a strong marketing plan ensuring brand & image coherence. The Head of Marketing and Sales will drive the local Piaget team of 5 people with a very much “hands on” approach and clear guidance allowing everyone to grow in autonomy. Key Responsibilities
In charge of defining and implementing, Marketing and Sales strategy in accordance with Europe General Manager and MarCom Director
Define and implement the sales strategy and action plan including openings, closings of points of sales, Boutiques projects together with Europe General Manager
Lead and develop the local team of 3 people 1 external PR
Manage and control the annual sales targets (total market, distribution channel, customer, product line, etc.)
Implement and pilot the Retailization KPIs and stock control
Prepare, conduct annual meetings and set commercial/marketing/CRM activities with our best partners
Manage the product assortment (& model stock) per point of sale
Negotiate visibility in all POS and implement shop-in-shop in key locations
Reinforce the Piaget Sales Ambassadors community
Responsible for planning, budgeting and implementation of 360° Marketing activities
Be the “face” of the Maison in the area, define & implement the PR plan together with the external PR
Training of sales partners in collaboration with sales team
Be influential and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders of Richemont in the Region and HQ
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
5-10 years of experience in marketing/sales
Min. 5 years experience in a management role
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Results-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit
Detail-oriented, team player and reliable
Independent, solution-oriented and agile working style
Willingness to travel
German and English business fluent, French is a plus
Genuine interest & experience in the watch, jewellery or luxury industry
Good market knowledge with a focus on Germany
