Position Overview

We are looking for a professional with 3-5 years work experience with a background in the media industry to join our Services team to define and optimize customer journeys to drive subscriptions, memberships and revenue for our clients in media, e-commerce and other sectors. The ideal candidate will have worked in revenue optimization, media planning, audience development, social media marketing or SEM, digital product UX/QA or similar role for a digital media company or agency. What You'll Do

Deliver value to a portfolio of clients by providing tactical guidance and hands-on execution for website monetization:

• Develop, present and execute marketing plans to guide and optimize clients’ businesses and ensures best use and value from the Piano software platform
• Design and execute test plans aimed at increasing traffic, loyalty, registrations, newsletter signups, subscriptions, and revenues in the business
• Create user flow maps (“experiences”) to be deployed via the Piano tools
• Create wireframes and user flow diagrams, write directional marketing copy
• Collaborate with designers and developers to design and build templates
• Collaborate with the research/data team, to generate and synthesize analyses that guide optimization
• Leverage insights, benchmarks, performance metrics and industry trends to make strategic recommendations on how clients can optimize their business.
• Partner with research team to build/expand best practice documents
• Generate innovative ideas that expand clients’ use of our platform, and accelerate their growth
• Monitor client performance on the platform; identify gaps and opportunities for growth
• Communicate within and across functions internally, reporting on the progress of initiatives and execution activities with a focus on identifying product development or documentation opportunities
• Create briefing documents to present research findings, test results and recommendations to clients
• Deliver presentations to clients

What You Have

• Strong communication and presentation skills; presence to build relationships
• Strategic mindset - ability to analyze metrics and glean insights to inform planning that translate into a sound strategic plan and presentation
• A take-initiative attitude and proactive approach to getting the job done and meeting client objectives
• Sense of urgency; ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner
• Demonstrated experience in marketing campaigns and related web technologies - analytics, marketing platforms, etc.
• Consultative skills in interacting with clients
• Knowledge of digital media monetization, media industries, online marketing
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify trends and patterns
• Solid organizational, prioritization and load balancing skills
• Qualitative research experience (surveys, user interviews, usability testing) a plus
• Facility with productivity tools (especially MS Office: Powerpoint and Excel)
